Recently, we received an update from CARE on their work supplying fresh water for communities in need. A tropical storm caused a minor setback but progress was made nonetheless! It’s been reported that 24 water points in Mozambique were rehabilitated or built - a notable milestone in the project’s first year of operation. CARE’s work in Mozambique also included the development of maternal, infant and young child training materials as well as the formation of District Nutritional Coordinating Councils.
Further updates will be posted here as they become available to us.
